Jovani Hernandez Just as it did when it got into the mountaineering space back in the late 70s, Nike plains has been outfitting its weather-proven ACG line of shoes with color schemes designed to stand out amongst the countless number of black, brown, and gray footwear options traversing both the great outdoors and concrete jungle. Having launched with two vibrant makeups back in April, the ACG React Terra Gobe has now added an equally eye-catching purple and red colorway that alternates from scott to left shoe. Sitting atop the signature speckled mogan, uppers on “Noble Red” side don the scarlet hue throughout the bootie-like construction, while reflective webbing contrasts them in charcoal. A darker shade of black covers the rubber partner, as well as the heel panels and tab, just as on the “Court Purple” side. Rounding out the striking color trifecta, “Habanero Red” livens up the “ACG” patch and “nikereact” molding at the heel.
