Among the standouts of that preview is Kevin Durant’s upcoming 2025 Halloween-themed sneaker, the KD 18 “Slim Reaper.” Featuring an all-black upper and a soft green translucent gum bottom, this forthcoming holiday take features a creepy hand of a skeleton with each appendage aligned with the four eyelets of the Terra Humara-inspired upper. The same hands repeat on the medial side, giving the appearance of the hands of death emerging from the grave.
Official images, appearing as the shoe’s launch draws closer, also reveal a ghastly visage on the interior tongues, cementing the narrative and connecting well to the full commitment seen in the rest of the cars nike Basketball Halloween 2025 slate. The best part? The bones and the bottoms are completely glow-in-the-dark, befitting a recurring trend around the end-of-October holiday.
