If you've seen the snaps of BoJo jogging around Westminster this morning, then you'll have probably spied his trainer, Harry Jameson, too. Jameson, who's previously coached Love Island presenter Laura Whitmore, was seen giving Johnson instructions as they ran through the park.
Johnson has been exceptionally vocal recently about the pressing need to tackle obesity in the United Kingdom with the latest NHS 12 week weight loss plan, as well as What is Runner’s World Club and why should I join himself. No. 10 released a video in July showing Johnson outlining his motivation to get fitter and get the nation fitter too.
However, as interesting as PM's morning exercise is, we're more interested in his trainer Jameson. Jameson shared the one piece of equipment he would recommend investing in for home workouts.
