The next time you’re scanning the shelves or surfing the internet to replenish your stash of Nuun, you may not recognize it right away. Sport still comes in both caffeine and caffeine-free varieties. The tabs includes electrolytes sodium, potassium, and calcium to help enhance hydration for your average workout, but contains just 15 calories and 2 grams of carbohydrates.

Immunity is chock full of vitamin C, D, and A, to help boost your immune system after a workout for optimal recovery. Or, you can pop a tab before, during, or after travel on a plane or other public transportation to keep your immune system strong for the big race.

Vitamins contain—you guess it—a variety of vitamins and minerals such as vitamin A, vitamin C, folic acid, and calcium, for daily hydration. Some flavors feature a boost of caffeine, which you can add to your water in the morning to kickstart the day and perk up without coffee or as prerun hydration after a bad night’s sleep.

The Performance formula is designed to help get you through long or intense training sessions (think: century rides or marathon training). The drink mix contains sodium, potassium, calcium, and sugar (carbs) to replenish electrolytes and provide energy so you can keep going for the long haul.
