Making a name for herself by challenging perceptions about waste, Nicole McLaughlin is known for her out sustainable, tongue-in-cheek designs. HOKA One One and Nicole McLaughlin partnered with the Boulder-based designer to overhaul the Mafate Three2, low our cushy bottom unit with a full-coverage, 4-in-1 gaiter system. Finished with five utility pockets and co-branded labels, this street-ready spinoff features a cinched entry and Velcro heel spike.

Desige & Features
While retaining the original features such as the quick lace system and the CMEVA foam midsole, the collaboration model with Nicole McLaughlin features a dirt and water resistant 4-in-1 gaiter system, with hook and loop attachments, that allows you to adjust the coverage. The gaiter has five practical pockets and labeled both opening hoka ONE ONE and Nicole McLaughlin's logos on it. It also equipped with cinched opening at entry.

When the gaiter is removed, the sneaker upper is made in woven ETPU Base Material. It's colour scheme is based on red and neon green, with silver tighten the overall design. A new spin-off of trail shoes has been completed and rewrite the definition of street fashion.
