Pigeons are just rats with wings in New York City, but the name is synonymous with one of the most legendary collaborative sneaker releases in history. It’s been over a decade since Jeff Staple’s Nike SB Dunk caused a riot and landed sneaker fandom on the front page of the New York Post, leading to an increase in sneaker fandom the world over. Here a monochromatic Dark Grey upper is accented by a vibrant Orange lining to match the touches on the outsole. ‘NYC’ is even stitched onto the NIKEiD heel for added depth.
