Relative to its taller counterpart, the fastening system is far more low profile. The strap, for instance, is reduced to one Velcro-adhered panel that’s attached to a zipper along the other side. Adjacent, the eye stays are similarly done, their connections made to resemble a typical lace unit. What’s arguably more interesting than the system itself is the colorway, as the offering features a look identical to that of the “Tokyo Bio Hack” from 2020.
