La Brea Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90036) from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on both Saturday, February 5th, and Sunday, February 6th. The raffle is reserved for people who live within LA County – a valid California I.D. will need to be present to verify that participants reside within LA County.
