It’s been quite a while since we last saw the Air Jordan 1 "Satin Black Toe" OG. Ever since the end of the Summer, the silhouette has rarely appeared. That is, however, about to change upon the release of this new “Black/Metallic Gold” colorway.
At a far off glance, the pair reminds of the “Black Cat” scheme, with many of its panels dyed a dark black shade. The textile overlays, midsole, and laces follow suit, keeping up what would have been a true “Triple Black” offering if not for the gilded speckles. Hiding behind the open knit mesh, the gold addition offers a rather subdued luxury that’s visible both on the lateral and medial side.
