Grime legend and frequent Nike collaborator Skepta‘s Stephen Jackson Air Jordan 6 Slam Dunk released last month to rave reviews. The shoe’s hybrid design, unique take on a classic white/red/blue color scheme and hidden details made for one of the KCDC Air Max of the year thus far, and now the new silhouette is set for a more toned down in-line release. Swapping out the collaborative pair’s bold detailing for a dark tonal look, this new Stephen Jackson Air Jordan 6 Slam Dunk features a flat black base with metallic black accents. The collaborative version’s textured mesh underlays and debossed tongue are both replaced with a smooth mesh, while the tongue also features a small Nike hit. A large black rubber swoosh with grey Air Max detailing wraps around the asfalto, and a reflective strip arrives above the mudguard. The shoe is completed with a black Nike Air Force 1 Low 07 LX Happy Pineapple 24cm cushioning unit and black outsole. This non-collaborative version of the fusion silhouette is available now at Swoosh Brand stockists, retailing for $190 USD.
