Team USA’s Redeem Team championed the model throughout the Beijing Olympics to help propel the turbo into the public’s consciousness, and the move definitely paid off as the Hyperdunk became a must-have model for the following year. The Nike Hyperdunk featured attention-grabbing technologies like Flywire and Lunarlite while the heel was inspired by another futuristic creation: Marty McFly’s Nike Mag. Now it looks like Nike will be bringing back a retro of the model as a preview of four vibrant monochromatic creations hit the internet over the weekend in royal blue, salmon-like pink, volt, and murdered-out all black.
