One of the more notable developments involving the Jumpman once you look past the whole remastering program is their ability to reach out to up and comers that already have a stamp of approval in the streetwear department. The monochromatic suede style is a stark contrast to the vibrance of last year’s Air Jordan 10 or even the Metrocard inspired Jordan Melo M11. Reminiscient of the recently released Air Jordan 9 “Anthracite”, PSNY branding lands on the tongue for a subtle nod to one of New York City’s finest lifestyle purveyors. A release date has yet to be confirmed let alone an announcement regarding any availability outside of the #influencer circles, but with plenty of collaborations rounding out Jordan Brand’s year, we’re confident that we might actually see these hit shelves (and then disappear quickly after).
