This was my first experience with Relay and I was expecting to receive a pair of shoes that showed a little wear, or had been run in a few times. However, I was amazed and pleasantly surprised to receive a BRAND NEW pair of New Balance 860v13 shoes! If these were tried on one time I would be shocked….just immaculate! I also have to commend Relay on their communication and shipping. I was expecting the shoes to arrive a few days after the time they arrived!!! Very prompt shipping and well packaged! I wear this for everyday walking around. It's comfortable and well-cushioned. The toe box is tapered a little bit too much which makes it feel a tiny bit small, but that's a common problem for me, so not an issue with this particular shoe, though I don't think I'd want to wear it for running. But as an everyday walker, I like it!
