The Ghost Max 2 is a great walking shoe or for standing long periods of time at work. The cushioning is very comfortable on your feet. Shoe is good for slow recovery run but a bit heavy for fast runs. Overall I like just putting these on for walking and for work as my feet feel great at the end of the day. The black and blue fits in nicely in my work environment.

This shoe was recommended to me by my podiatrist to support my plantar fasciitis. It does! I also like that it comes in extra wide but doesn't look extra wide. Coconut milk is a great color.
