The Ghost Max 2 is a great walking shoe or for standing long periods of time at work. The cushioning is very comfortable on your feet. Shoe is good for slow recovery run but a bit heavy for fast runs. Overall I like just putting these on for walking and for work as my feet feel great at the end of the day. The black and blue fits in nicely in my work environment.

These are my go-to favorite everyday shoes after a foot surgery- soft without becoming unstable. Good for wide feet, they shift weight slightly inward toward inner arch.

I love these shoes. I walk about 10k steps a day or do an aerobic workout and with these my feet never hurt. Plus they have held up very well for about 4 months. I will still be wearing them for a few more months before I need a new pair. Also relay has such great shoes. My shoes looked completely brand new.
