The Ghost 16s are great shoes for not just running but for everyday use such as gym and going out and running errands. The Ghost 16 GTX is awesome in that it is waterproof and I can use it when it is wet outside and not worry about my feet getting wet. Size as with the regular Ghost 16s fit true to size and just work for everything. No nonsense shoe that you can put on and just go. The color on the Ghost 16 GTX of Black and Silver are great.
