Brooks Best is the most comfortable shoe I've found for my flat feet. I can see by how the sole wears that I don't pronate in them. These were good as new when they arrived.

These shoes truly are a beast. This is my second pair. I beat the hell out of the last pair and blew a side out while they still had tread. I try to walk or run 2-4 miles daily. Some days it ends up being 0 or struggling to get one. The first pair lasted almost two years and probably got more mileage than budget Goodyear tires. So the beast shoes are tough to break in. I have horrible arthritis and custom orthopedic inserts. Two 4” titanium screws holding one foot together. They do cause a bit of discomfort and take a solid week to get the fit perfectly. The 24 is slightly more narrow than the 20. With the orthopedic inserts I need a wide 2 or 4E. I would get the 4 in these. I did get the 2 and it will work. So if you are on your feet all day or walking a lot these are solid shoes. Especially if you are old and have foot issues like I do. I wish I had found these shoes decades ago. They fit true to size and matched the Dr laser scan. The Beast is basically a firmer version of the Adrenaline shoe, more for walking and running, with a bit less bounce. I would recommend Brooks shoes 1000%. Of course I buy them all from Relay because of the awesome prices.
