What is REDO?
We now offer return protection for all orders called Redo, which you can purchase at checkout. If you purchase Redo for $2.98 with your order, your return shipping label will be covered! You can return any item(s) in your order for an exchange or refund for FREE.* Redo covers all items in the cart, you do not need to purchase Redo for each item.
If you choose not to buy Redo, you can still return items, but you will be subject to a $7 return fee if a prepaid label is used.
Free returns via Redo must follow all guidelines listed within the return policy. Items must be returned within the designated return window. To be eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit, items must be in new condition, unwashed, and all tags attached.
*Restocking fees may still apply.
How does Redo work for returns and exchanges?
When you add Redo for $2.98 at checkout, it covers the prepaid return label for that order. If you need to send something back, start in our Returns Portal and choose whether you’d like a refund to your original payment, store credit, or an exchange. Your return label is included at no extra cost for all of these options. If you request a refund, the Redo fee and original shipping cost are nonrefundable. Without Redo, you can still return or exchange items, but refunds that use our prepaid label include a $7 fee and original shipping is nonrefundable, while exchanges remain free.
How much does Redo cost?
Redo is available for a flat fee of $2.98 per order and must be added at checkout for each order you’d like covered.
How do I know if Redo was added to my order?
Check your cart and confirmation email for a Redo line item. If it’s not listed, it wasn’t added. Redo is only available at checkout. Without Redo, refunds using a prepaid return label are subject to a $7 fee.

I added Redo by mistake. Can I get a refund for the Redo fee?
If you purchased Redo by mistake, you can contact our support team to request a refund for the Redo fee. Please note, if you end up making a return and need a shipping label, you’ll be subject to our $7 return fee since Redo will no longer apply to your order.
Is Redo refundable if I don't make a return?
No. Redo is a prepaid service tied to your order that covers the return label for exchanges or refunds. If you don’t use it, the coverage simply goes unused.
If you added it by mistake, reach out to support right away and we can refund the Redo fee. If you later use a prepaid return label, the $7 fee will apply.
Does Redo cover all items in my order?
Yes. Redo applies to every item in the order it was purchased with. You only need to add it once per order, not per item.
How much does Redo cost?

Can I make multiple returns in the same order?
Yes, you can submit more than one return request for items from the same order, as long as each request is started within the return window and the items meet our condition requirements (new, unwashed, tags attached). Redo applies to that order, so if you select Exchange or Refund, the prepaid return label for those items is covered.
If you didn’t add Redo, each prepaid return label will have a $7 fee. Restocking fees may also apply.

Is Racquet & Jog a part of Tyler's?
Racquet & Jog in Tyler, Texas is our original location. After expanding to other cities in Texas, we changed our name to ERLEBNISWELT-FLIEGENFISCHEN'S. Although there are other Racquet and Jog locations in Texas, we are only associated with the original location in Tyler.

Yes, you can absolutely use your E-Gift Card in-store! Please be prepared to show the cashier at checkout your confirmation email with the Gift Card number for them to reference.
