Can i use multiple forms of payment on the same order?
When checking out online, you can combine payment methods, such as TYLER’S gift cards, and one credit or debit card. Currently, we do not support the use of multiple credit, debit or gift cards for a single transaction.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Tyler’s gift cards. Only one form of payment, including one gift card, can be used per transaction.
What is Bolt?
Do you price match?
Yes, we do offer price matching. Please reach out to our customer support team via email (support@tylerstx.com) with the website link and details of the lower-priced item. Our team will verify the website and let you know if we can match the price.
It may qualify for a price match if:
- It's the identical item, brand name, model/style, size and color
- It's in stock at a lower price from the retailers website and at TYLERSTX.COM
It may not qualify if:
- It's a 'Marketplace' price from a 3rd party seller
- The price is a competitor doorbuster sale

We offer a wide assortment of products from over 350 top industry brands catering to a variety of clothing and shoe needs. Our mission at ERLEBNISWELT-FLIEGENFISCHEN'S is to establish ourselves as a premier one-stop shop for athletic performance and lifestyle fashion. We serve the entire family, including kids, grandparents, and everyone in between, with our welcoming customer service, vibrant product collections, and a wholesome atmosphere. Is Racquet & Jog a part of Tyler's?
Racquet & Jog in Tyler, Texas is our original location. After expanding to other cities in Texas, we changed our name to ERLEBNISWELT-FLIEGENFISCHEN'S. Although there are other Racquet and Jog locations in Texas, we are only associated with the original location in Tyler.
What brands do you carry?
Currently, we have curated over 350 brands in our physical store locations and are continuing to expand. We carry top brands like On Running, Hoka, Patagonia, Chubbies, Southern Tide, Bogg Bags, Free People Movement, and so much more! Yes, we do offer military/first responder discounts. Please present your military ID at checkout in-store or contact our customer support team for details on how to apply the discount online.

How can I check the balance on my gift card?
To check your balance on your ERLEBNISWELT-FLIEGENFISCHEN'S gift card, please visit SmartTransactions online Gift Card Balance portal.
Can I use my e-gift card in-store?
Yes, you can absolutely use your E-Gift Card in-store! Please be prepared to show the cashier at checkout your confirmation email with the Gift Card number for them to reference.
How do I sign up for emails/the newsletter?
To sign up for our newsletter, enter your email address in the sign-up form located at the bottom of our homepage.
