There seems to be a big bang of retro "Galaxy" releases in 2024, with a second All-Star sneaker from 2012 set to return, the Nike KD 4 "Galaxy."

Worn during Kevin Durant's MVP performance in Orlando in February of 2012, the Nike KD 4 "Galaxy" was just one of a handful of intergalactic-theme Nike Basketball releases for the weekend. There were, of course, the Kobe 7s and LeBron 9s, but the weekend was stolen by two unpredictable silhouettes — the Nike KD 4 and the Foamposite One. With the "Big Bang" LeBron 9s returning not too long ago, it's only fitting that Durant's "Galaxy" signature sneaker shows up, too.
