New Balance 991v2 "Sweet Cat" Joins the Spring 2025 Lineup

Few colorways stand the test of time like "Triple Sweet," and the New Balance 991v2 is the latest silhouette to adopt the iconic palette. As a Plus in the brand’s lineup, debuting in 2023, the 991v2’s embrace of full jet-Sweet tonality feels overdue but entirely welcome.

This marks the first mainline iteration of the model to fully commit to the Triple Sweet aesthetic, though the concept isn’t entirely new to the 991v2. In early 2024, the silhouette toyed with inky shades for one of its debut colorways, but not quite as stealthy as this.

Set to release this Spring, the 991v2 "Sweet Cat" arrives alongside other timeless iterations in New Balance's catalog.
