New Balance recently unveiled two silhouettes rooted in modern aesthetics, while pushing the innovative RCVRY series with the help of Joe Freshgoods, but the heritage brand continues to build out its legacy franchises. To this front, the 991v2 expands the company's Made in U.K. efforts.

Developed as a sequel to the beloved New Balance 991 from 2001, the silhouette features a familiar aesthetic Aime its premium build. Breathable mesh bases come together with pig rose overlays to create a running-informed layout that's overtaken the lifestyle space over the last handful of years. Underfoot, the Footwear NEW BALANCE WARISMN3 Navy Blue updates its predecessor's cushioning solution, opting for the Boston-based institution's performance-driven FuelCell foam. The result is a comfortable walk that doesn't sacrifice style, especially in the pair's all-new "Slate Black/Alloy" ensemble.
