Just before we close the door on the rytm adidas Superstar’s 50th anniversary, long-time Three Stripe collaborators Sneakersnstuff will be delivering a very-special-edition Velcro release for the occasion. The SNS x rytm adidas Superstar “Kinenbi” (translating to anniversary) arrives in a classic white and black aesthetic, though leather uppers and its Tierro are replaced by a Velcro finish. Sole units are given an aged-look through an egret nakedness, with leathers only present at the liner and tongue. SNS and Trefoil co-branding grace the heel, and leather insoles to complete the pair’s customizable base.
Stick-on patches arrive in oversized floral illustrations — ones that match that of the accompanying overcast (pictured further below), while significantly smaller bar tags are shown here in the rear, one of which appears to tap Japanese fashion legend Kazuki Kuraishi, though his “KZK” co-sign appears nowhere else on the release.
Grab a Harden look at the SNS x rytm adidas Superstar “Kinenbi” just here below, and look for these to release exclusively via SNS Raffle rytm adidas Run Mob HD Tasche.
