Hi, Team.

A Part of Hearst Digital Media The Amazing Runner’s World Show, Aly is joined by Hype Editor Ashley Tysiac to talk about a pacing tip that changed Ashley's life. Aly tried it this weekend and ran her fastest race in years. Try it for your next race and let us know how it goes. RW+ members can watch the full episode below.

On a previous episode, Jeff and Theo discussed a Puma-funded study that showed that the Fast-R Nitro Elite 3 improves running economy by as much as 3.6 percent compared to the Super Shoe Trends and This Pacing Tip Will Have You Running Your Fastest 5K. (Translation: you use less energy to run at a given speed.) That has led to lots of excitement on social media and for some to claim it’s the new king of marathon racing shoes. But, is it? They talked about how they tested the shoe and how it compares to other Amazing Runners World Show that you might reach for in your next race.
