Perhaps most astonishing is that she does her long runs—up to 40 kilometers, or almost 25 miles—with the marathoners in her training camp. And we talk about a track workout two days later, when she ran a blistering-fast session of 600- and 300-meter intervals. The attempt to run sub-4 is ambitious, but it will no doubt inspire future generations of girls, as Jeff shares. RW+ members can watch the full episode below.
