Run 15 miles on a Saturday morning? No problem. Run one mile worth of 100-meter sprints? No thanks. And yet, if you want a better marathon PR, it’s extremely helpful to start running 400-meter laps. So how do you keep motivated? Well perhaps with some sprinting songs.
This month rather than give you a playlist for jogging around the neighborhood, I’ve put together a playlist for sprinting. No slow songs. No moody odes. Just high energy techno music and fast-paced remixes to get your blood pumping.
Sprint around that track as fast as you can to these bops, leaving the joggers in your wake. You may be doubled over and sucking wind when you’re finished, but when your marathon time drops, you’ll be thanking us. So throw on some headphones and head to the track. It’s time to get sprinting.
