She’s a cellist for the New York Philharmonic.  Thibodaux, Lousiana, eventually ballooned to more than 400 pounds before he began taking small steps to turn his life around.
It was when he came upon an article in Runner’s World about running being a great way to burn fat when something clicked for the former football player.
Fast forward to today, and Josh is 200 pounds lighter, a vegan, and an ultramarathoner. It’s his whole story and the journey that he took that made him a great choice as one of the 2016 Cover Search winners. Shortly after we announced Josh would be gracing our December cover, he spoke with Editor-in-Chief, David Willey.

We were lucky to nail down our female Cover Search winner, Eileen Moon, for this interview because she is an insanely busy person.
She’s a cellist for the New York Philharmonic. She’s the founder of a music series in Warwick, New York, where she lives with her husband, Phil Myers, the Philharmonic’s principal French horn player.
