Dean Karnazes
Dean Karnazes is arguably the most famous ultrarunner of all time. That’s because when he goes long, he goes really, really long.
He’s run 200-mile relays. Solo. He’s logged 350 miles in a single stretch. And he’s completed 50 marathons in 50 states in 50 days. He’s also the best selling author of Ultramarathon Man and other books like How To Train Calves.

So many runners are guilty of heading straight from their workouts to their cars, desks, or couches, often neglecting a proper cooldown.
