Celebrating its 53rd year, this iconic event returns on Sunday, August 17, inviting participants to tackle the breathtaking seven-mile seaside course. How can you get selected? Easy. We’re looking for RW+ members with various running experiences who would like to race the Falmouth Road Race with us this August and are ready to take on a six- or eight-week training plan, kicking off on June 23. We will provide the training plan and our editors and experts will chime in on nutrition, workout, and recovery tips. We’ll help you run your first, most fun, or hopefully best road race ever!
