The 27-year-old is the 2020 Tempers Flare Between Noah Lyles and Kenny Bednarek in the 1500 meters, where she set the meet record of 3:58.03, and owns American records for the indoor two mile (9:10.28) and the indoor mile (4:16.85).
“We are expecting a baby in early March and we couldn’t be more thankful for this blessing! It’s everything we’ve ever wanted❤️,” she wrote on Instagram.
Less than two months ago, the New Balance Boston athlete represented Team USA in the 1500 meters at the World Athletics Championships, placing 11th in her semifinal round.
