Looks like the brand name is engraved on the strange looking hardware. The flap section is too deep and the hardware too large. A more proportional design execution would look quite good.
GUCCI Leather Top-handle Bag
These leave me cold. They are plain vs. classically restrained and the hardware is just an odd shape. These put me in the mind of Diane Von Furstenberg bags and not in a good way.
