SAINT LAURENT 'MONOGRAM SUNSET' SHOULDER BAG Jamie 4.3 Shopping Chain Shopping Bag was introduced for Winter 2024 and incorporates all the highly coveted Jamie line elements on a large shoulder bag.
The exterior’s bronze-toned YSL logo hardware highlights the Cassandre and Carré Rive Gauche topstitching. A leather panel accentuates the bag’s bottom, separating the appearance and adding a clean finishing touch.
Smooth, Soft Leather and Attention to Detail
The most notable detail for me is the leather. The lambskin Nappa leather is some of the most gloriously soft I have felt. You can tell just from looking at the bag, but being able to touch it and hold it in your hands is another story. It’s supple, smooth, and smooshes (yep, I am using the word smooshes) into the most delightful, casual feel when not being carried. Plus, the leather Top insanely rich!
You can see drawstring ties on the sides of the bag, allowing the bag’s shape to change by being cinched or expanded. I tend to pull them halfway – to try to find a little more shape Pre-Owned becoming too closed and remaining easy to access.
The chain handles are the only aspect of the bag that adds some weight because otherwise, this is a really lightweight, larger-sized bag.
There is also a removable leather pouch inside, which I am always so happy to see! It’s the small details that college a lasting impact. The overall dimensions are 13.7″ x 13.7″ x 3.9″ with a strap drop of 12.5″ (the straps are not adjustable, but they sit really nicely on my body).
