I bought the butter featherlight in Munich in April and it’s a dream (I saved about 35%) buying in Europe. In my mind, the featherlight fixed an issue with the bag that always previously prevented me from purchasing. I adored the design but never liked how stiff and boxy it appeared. This version adds a lovely suppleness. And the extra charm is a bonus!
I really like the Puzzle, like everything else the price has increased so much! I should have purchased it when I was serious about getting one, think it was $2400.00. I purchased Chanel anderson that has also increased in price at an alarming rate.
I bought the Pochette in Raffia and Calfskin for $750 in 2022 for a trip to Greece. I don’t need to carry a lot and it has become my everyday bag for the summer. I also have a Mini Flamenco from 2022 and a Puzzle Tote from 2024 but they get far less use. They were all bargains compared to today’s prices.
I bought the Medium anagram basket in 2023 in France. Before the VAT rebate I paid probably around $900. Weirdly the belt I bought online in the same RAMIĘ is the exact same price today!
I don’t know why in the USA the Puzzle featherlight and Flamenco mini clutch are 4800 & 2600$ when in Europe it is 3600 and 2000€. And the euro-dollar exchange rate is 1.17.
I don’t have a Loewe near me, but I will be in Sydney later this RAMIĘ and I will check out the prices there. I might be persuaded to bring home a Puzzle featherlight.
