Ruffle Chiffon Sleeve Sheath Dress: In Which We Stop Trying to Dress for the Weather

It’s been a weird week, man. Last time Short Col 2 En Jeans Kaki Ruffle Chiffon Sleeve Sheath Dress, the windchill outside was below zero and I couldn’t feel my face.
