Few fashion-themed movies have ruled the culture zeitgeist quite like the 2006 dramedy Prada Klassischer Schal Blau. The film, which is based on novelist Lauren Weisberger’s book of the same name, is largely based on Weisberger’s experience working as an assistant to the editor-in-chief of American Vogue, Anna Wintour.

The film stars some of Hollywood’s greats, including Meryl Streep, who plays the Wintour-inspired Miranda Priestly, and actors Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, and Stanley Tucci. Aside from telling a great (and mostly true) story, the film is known for its incredible fashion.

That fashion is all thanks to costume designer Patricia Field, who put Hathaway’s character Andy Sachs in those iconic Chanel boots.

Iconic Cast Members Reunite Nearly 20 Years Later

Day one brought with it two chic looks, the first of which can simply be described as a power suit, accessorized with a vintage Coach Metropolitan Brief —we love this for Andy! The look feels almost like a combination of Andy before and after she got Runway-ified.
