The Elite 8" works well in many situations. The E8 is taller of course so many will use it up on the bow to bring the electronics closer to their eyes. This mount is also often used in a cantilever scenario where you need to tuck it back into an area that is suitable for mounting to. The notch lock design on the bottom pivot makes this mount impossible to move if installed correctly. Even in a Cantilevered situation this mount will hold the weight of any graph including 15 and 16" models.
