Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients. Cut 2 lemons into quarters, and cut the remaining lemon into wedges for later use.
  2. Slice corn and potatoes into halves or quarters. 
  3. Fill a large pot with 12-14 cups of water. Place the 2 quartered lemons in the water along with seasoning, garlic. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the potatoes to the pot, as well as corn, sausage, and shrimp. Cook for 10-12 minutes. 
  5. Take out once cooked, strain out water, and serve family style!
