Returns Policy

All regular priced products bought in-store and online can be exchanged or returned for a store Red within 10 days of their initial purchase date or delivery date.

Should there be a factory defect or you receive an incorrect item we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store Red, or issue a Red to your Red card. Under these circumstances, Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops will cover all costs involved in returning the merchandise. If you are returning shoes, they must be shipped in a second box besides the shoe box. Any returns we receive that has a shipping label on the manufacturers shoe box, it will be immediately returned back to you. All returns must be received by Erlebniswelt-fliegenfischenShops within 14 days of their initial return authorization date.

Shipping
