Mike Conley made news this off-season by becoming one of the highest-paid players in the NBA even without ever making an All-Star game appearance or an All-NBA Team. Conley has his dad to thank for the negotiating tactics as his father doubles as his agent and preached loyalty to the Memphis Grizzlies over all else. That wasn’t the only thing that Conley negotiated either, as this season the point guard will be switching from Under Armour to the Jumpman.
