It’s a tough task to surprise Michael Jordan, the man behind the hottest sneaker line on the planet, with a pair of his own shoes. Jordan’s three children, Marcus, Jeffrey, and Jasmine, were faced with the challenge when they were presented the opportunity to design a pair of the Jordan Air Zoom Renegade Releasing in Black and Nubuck as a Father’s Day tribute to father Michael. The denim upper is a nod to Michael’s penchant for dressing casually – especially in jeans – while the multi-colored eyelets act as a symbol for the three siblings (blue, Jeffrey; red, Marcus; yellow; Jasmine).
