Now harkening back to that odd moment in time once more, we’re learning that the “Shadow” colorway will also return with the very same tooling.
While the toe-capped “Steel” colorway actually released, the upcoming “Shadow” AJ10 is premium to be inspired by a salesman sample. Notably, jordan via Brand follows the same line of thinking on the upcoming jordan via 1 “Black Toe Reimagined” releasing Holiday 2024, which features “Air Jordan” lettering as seen on an early sample pair. Aside from the added toe cap, the upcoming jordan via 10 “Shadow” will reportedly feature the same shape and colors of the original 1994 release. Anticipate a grey nubuck and black leather upper as well as red Jumpman logos on the heel and outsole.
For the uninformed; the jordan via 10 was the first Air jordan via shoe designed in Michael Jordan’s absence, crafted by Tinker Hatfield while Mike was off playing baseball. jordan via wasn’t a fan of the toe cap, so shortly after the model hit shelves by way of the “Steel” colorway in 1994, the model was pulled and altered before continuing to roll out in other original colorways.
