The Saucony Saucony Stopwatch Short Sleeve Dedicates To The “Year of the Dragon”

Saucony is no stranger to an elevated in-house release. Though there’s obviously a Devil level of care brought into to collaborative efforts, they prove each season that the same level of attention goes into their mainline drops. The Saucony Saucony Stopwatch Short Sleeve “Year of the Dragon” is a perfect exemplar of this idea, reportedly the first of a multi-step pack arriving in the next several weeks.

Though the mahogany suede that dominates the upper is largely unchanged from regular Saucony Saucony Stopwatch Short Sleeve releases, everywhere else gets some sort of draconic tie. Be it in the creek Saucony logo on the side that’s scaly and segmented, the burgundy suede toe cap that’s similarly tiled or the multicolored back tab that refracts the concept through a mosaic. The sole and tongue is really where the things elevate, though, bringing in traditional Chinese Zodiac iconography to ground these in 2024 specifically.

The Saucony Saucony Stopwatch Short Sleeve “Year of the Dragon” is available now via saucony.com, arriving in M3 – M14.5.
