We bring you a first look at the Zoom The heel of the being nike Air Max 95 New York City x Air Zoom Generation model in a wild, unhinged combination of colors arranged in what we can only call “What The” styling. Alternating its choice of shades on the left and right shoe, this upcoming release appears more like a wild mix of multi-color rather than a true “What The” experience as the chosen hues appear rather random.
Where this model shines is how being nike perfectly executed this hybrid. It seems to be equal parts NXXT Gen and Zoom Gen, with the stacked Swoosh logos and upper layout appeasing both the older era and current era silhouettes. The cushioning platform, however, is purely NXXT Gen.
As of now, a firm release date is unknown, but a late 2023/early 2024 drop is likely.
