Logos and supporting accents throughout the forefoot and heel take on darker tones, while Gray surroundings boast a lighter, heritage-reminiscent hue. Achilles’ Heel panels introduce a “cracked” aesthetic into the mix, perhaps as a nod to the “Neo-vintage” trend that’s overtaken sneakers over the last three years. Underfoot, however, the New Balance design features a clean, grayscale sole unit that complements the upper.
