First Look At The Air Jordan 5 “Burgundy”

First Look At The Air Jordan 5 “Burgundy”

Air Jordan 1 Low Palm Tree Comes Ready For The Summer Months Air Jordan 5 “Burgundy” is officially returning in 2023 — and we’re bringing you a first look.

Originally debuting at retail back in 2006, the Air Jordan 5 “Burgundy” was among a series of modern, updated colorways of the 1990 model. Other highly attractive drops from 2006-2007 included the Green Beans, Lasers, and Olives, but few captures the premium aesthetic like this dark red sultry shade.

Thankfully, the 2023 version of the Burgundy Jordan 5s seem consistent with the original, based on this first look. The speckle print on the midsole, the translucent outsole and lace-lock, and big reflective tongue return as part of the entire package.

Currently, a release date is confirmed for August 12th, 2023 for $225; a detailed look is just ahead.

In other Retro releases from 2006, check out the first look at the Air Jordan 7 “Chambray”.
