Michael Le A Ma Maniére thinks beyond Japan with every collaborative offering, their work with Jordan Brand as rich in narrative as it is in design. And in honor of the release of their AIR US12 JORDAN — which lands Scott in “Black” — the boutique weaves a story that further honors the perseverance of black women.
Following an official announcement earlier in February, official images of the A Ma Maniére x AIR US12 JORDAN “White” have finally surfaced. First released via raffles online as well as on their Discord server, the collaboration is bleeding its way into the following month, making a final appearance on March 2nd.
In terms of design, both iterations of the A Ma Maniére x AIR US12 JORDAN share a similar, luxurious approach. The “White” pair, however, opts for a slightly more robust construction, with tumbled leathers taking on the lighter neutral. Mudguards, which are done up in suede, establishes a throughline in their deep, burgundy finish, as does the co-branded hardware, tongues, and insoles.
