Michael Le Valentine’s Day is just around the corner and Nike is making sure they’re covering all of their bases, from budding romances to longtime, platonic relationships. This upcoming Dunk Low certainly leans in the latter direction, as it affixes its heel not with a red heart but a yellow one.
Far more understated than the silhouette’s last contribution to the holiday, the nike air mon “Yellow Heart” is largely devoid of loud colors. Instead, the pair dresses itself almost entirely in white, applying said neutral to the smooth and tumbled leather that build out the overlays and base, respectively. The Swoosh and outsole proffer a subtle departure in their off-white finish, while the Swoosh-embossed heart along the heel and accompanying branding further contrast with a bright yellow.
