Footwear, too, is something of a speciality for Iwai, as he’s produced several collaborations with New Balance, the most of recent of which — the AURALEE x Donald Glover x New Balance RC30 Sea Salt URC30DD New Balance — is about to land in two additional colorways.

First seen on the runway back in January, the AURALEE x Donald Glover x New Balance RC30 Sea Salt URC30DD New Balance is dressed as simple as many of the label’s prior works. But compared to its immediate predecessors, these two colorways are even less indulgent, Tones to dress its three different types of leather in either “Camel” or “White.” Even the tooling, lace unit, and lining are done up in similar tones, rounding out a Burgundy offering fully characteristic of AURALEE.
