Following our teaser look at the upcoming Ronnie Fieg x ASICS Gel | Kith’s 10 Year Anniversary Continues With ASICS GEL-Lyte V “Leatherback” & “Salmon Toe”

Of all the brand partnerships enacted by KITH, its relationship with footwear brand ASICS is arguably its most influential. Ronnie Fieg’s collaborative history with ASICS dates way back to 2007 with a trio of GEL-Lyte 3s heavy on bold pastels, metallics, and patents, and since then the evolution of his color-blocking style has clearly gotten more and more refined as he established the visual identity and attitude of the KITH brand. Of the plus must-have drops that he’s executed, it’s a veritable tie between the “Leatherback” and “Salmon Toe” as the magnus opus of his work. Thankfully, he didn’t have to choose one over the other for this next release.

In celebration of KITH’s 10th Anniversary, Ronnie Fieg is calling upon these two famed colorways onto the GEL-Lyte V. His first V model since 2015, Ronnie applies the same classic elements and sultry materials that helped establish the legend in the first place. Neither really need a re-introduction, as these official images of both releases display the majesty of the OG colorblocking down to a tee. The only real change is the addition of the debossed KXTH logo at the heel, marking the milestone.

Both the KITH x ASICS GEL Lyte V “Leatherback” & “Salmon Toe” will release on November 26th, 2021 exclusively through KITH Paris in-store, and online on Kith.com at 11am ET and eu.kith.com at 11am PST.
