Michael Le adidas Yeezy, while once exhaustive with their releases, has learned to take things slow. That, unfortunately, means we only saw few releases this past Summer. Things are finally starting to pick up, though, thanks to the “Green Glow” Slides, “Light” 350 v2, and the September-bound Yeezy Quantum “Onyx.”
Compared to the former two, the Yeezy Quantum “Onyx” is far darker in appearance, brooding in what is effectively a “Triple Black” colorway. And while threads of grey do accent throughout the Primeknit, they’re largely overshadowed by the black shade that dresses the tooling, heel, collar, and lace unit unobstructed. Suede toes, which complement the lighter neutral, tilt the scales a small bit as does the branding tucked away on the insole.
